    Ordering Process

    Not at all. We love to help you create trophies that work perfect for your event!

    As many as you need! Your first two designs are free, and if you're still not satisfied, we'll keep creating for a small additional fee of $25 per design.

    Your trophies typically ship within 7-10 days after payment. We ship from Seattle, WA, so delivery will take an additional 1-5 business days depending on your location. Expedited processing is available for a fee, along with faster shipping options. Please note, production begins once payment is received.

    Of course you can use your own designs. We prefer them to be in a vector format so we don't have to recreate them.

    PDF, AI, or any type of vector format is ideal. The better images you give us to work with the faster you will be able to get your trophies.

    I'm glad you asked! See pricing on all of our pages above. We have several styles of trophies to choose from and lots of sizes and features. We can sell you an $8 plaque or a truely one of a kind LED lit trophy for over $100. We can work with whatever budget you have.

    Yes, since our trophies are one of a kind hand made and you work with our artists directly we do require a small $200 minimum order.

    We get it—deadlines happen, and sometimes you need trophies ASAP. We’ve got you covered! For a $75 rush fee, we’ll expedite your order, and you can choose shipping options that fit your budget.

    Shipping

    Shipping takes 1-5 business days depending on your location, as we ship from Seattle, Washington. We use FedEx as our trusted shipping provider.

    Yes, you can use your own shipping account. We ship via FedEx or UPS. If you prefer another carrier, please contact our team to ensure we can accommodate your request.
